Aviation Program Coordinator
Westfield State University
The Aviation Program Administrator is responsible for
maintaining all procedural and administrative aspects of
Westfield State Universitys Business Management
Aviation Program. The Administrator will serve as
the designated point of contact for flight schools,
students, and university staff and faculty, related to
the Business Management-Aviation Program. The Aviation
Program Administrator will also be responsible for
program development, including developing new markets and
assisting in the recruitment of new students.

Bachelors Degree and three (3) years of related
experience; All educational degrees must be from a
regionally accredited institution.
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new
computer based management systems.
Excellent organizational and decision-making
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals
and constituencies and diverse community.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent
judgment in daily assignments.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as
safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and
Ability to work a flexible schedule that may
include evening and weekend assignments.
Ability to effectively manage and oversee multiple
Working knowledge of FAA flight certification
Veteran status preferred.
